1. Return & Exchange Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
Unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
In its original packaging with all tags and barcodes attached.
Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Innerwear, undergarments, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
Items purchased during clearance or warehouse sales.
4. How to Return
Contact customer support via WhatsApp at +6018-3294878 or email your Order ID and product photos to us at ain91661@gmail.com.
Once approved, ship the item back to our provided address. (Return shipping fees are borne by the customer).
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 working days after we receive and inspect the item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a wrong or defective item, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
